These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online or directly with Circle Online Limited trading as Garden Ornaments ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before placing any order.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Free gifts: Free gifts are offered per order and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal or higher value. Customers will be notified of any substitution.
We accept orders through the following methods:
Payment methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer.
Orders are processed only once valid payment has been received. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A binding contract is formed between you and Circle Online Limited when:

All prices displayed on our website are in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before processing your order. You may cancel your order without charge if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.
We aim to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. Because of technical limitations and variations in screen settings, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown.
Product dimensions shown in product names are approximate. Exact specifications are provided on individual product pages, with accompanying dimension diagrams where available.
Many of our ornaments are made from natural stone or cast materials, so small variations in size, colour, texture and finish are normal and are part of each piece's character.
We make every effort to deliver your order within the timeframes shown on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery attempts: If delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable, or because incorrect delivery information was provided, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Events beyond our control: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes or transport failures.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Standard returns: If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Return costs: We will refund 100% of the purchase price, minus delivery and collection charges agreed before return or pick-up, unless:
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. We may deduct an amount for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty or damaged goods:
⚠ Important – please check your delivery: Please inspect each item carefully as you unpack it, and report any damage immediately by replying to your confirmation email with clear photos of the affected items.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging.
If you refuse delivery of goods for reasons other than damage, incorrect goods or faults, this will be treated as a cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
A return fee of up to 20% of the order value may be deducted from your refund to cover:
Refunds are issued only once goods are received back and inspected. Any deterioration in condition may result in further deductions in accordance with the Regulations.
We reserve the right to invoice customers directly for actual return and redelivery costs where these exceed the standard percentage charge.

All items supplied remain the property of Circle Online Limited until full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
