Payment Methods
You can pay for your new greenhouse or garden building using our secure online payments system. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We use a 3D Secure system to facilitate our online card payments, the most secure system with buyer protection available. We do not charge for any kind of payment method.
How will I know if you’ve received my Order?
When you place your order with us you will be sent an ORDER CONFIRMATION by email containing your order number to the email address you provide. If you place an order over the phone we’ll give you your order number over the phone and also send you an order confirmation email also.
Can I track my order?
We don’t have this facility online but you can email us at [email protected] or just give us a call on: 0800 368 8590.
How will my item be delivered?
Your garden ornament will be delivered on specialist transport designed specifically for carrying product so that your ornament arrives in perfect condition.
You will be called prior to delivery in order to arrange a suitable day and time for you to receive your ornament. In most cases our ornaments are delivered directly from the manufacturer.
What guarantee do you offer?
We work with our manufacturers who offer the very best guarantees in the business, usually at least 10 Years. Each product on our site has details of the guarantee offered very clearly.
What if I find a product you sell cheaper elsewhere?
We are confident that our prices are competitive and we work closely with our manufacturers to ensure we can offer the best deals. However if you find one our our products cheaper elsewhere just call us on 0800 368 8590 and if we can, we’ll better it.
How do I order online?
Ordering online with gardenornaments.com is very easy. To order a product simply select the options you want with your greenhouse and then click the ADD TO BASKET button. You will then be taken to your shopping basket, if you are happy with the items in your basket click the Proceed to SECURE CHECKOUT button. You can now pay for your items in the through our online secure payments portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any method of payment.
Is it safe to shop online with you?
When you arrive at the point when sensitive information needs to be passed to us, you will see a padlock appear at the bottom of your browser window, advising you that you are entering a secure area. Clicking on the padlock will give you information about the secure area, where your credit card details are processed and encrypted. The certificate can only be signed by trusted organisations and guarantees a high level of security. We do not and cannot retail any credit or debit card details for your security.
