Can I return a sale item?
Yes, our standard returns policy applies to all sale items. If an item arrives damaged or you change your mind, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. We collect heavy items free of charge.

Yes, every sale item carries the same manufacturer warranty as full-price stock. Stone pieces are guaranteed frost-proof. Metal pieces carry a finish warranty against flaking and corrosion. If anything goes wrong, we replace or refund.
Can I collect sale items in person?
We are an online-only retailer and do not offer in-person collection. All orders are delivered to your door free of charge by our courier partners. You will receive a delivery date once your order is placed.
