The Power 12x12 Wooden Pergola has equal overall overhang measurements of 3590mm x 3590mm. Beneath it, the structure measures 3200mm wide and 3296mm deep. We recommend using both sets of measurements when choosing its position in the garden.
The pergola provides a shaded area for outdoor seating and meals. Check your furniture against the internal measurements before deciding its layout. When setting out the posts, allow for the overhang beyond the structure and check clearance around nearby walls.
The timber is slow grown and pressure treated to resist rot, decay and insect infestation. It has a 10-year anti-rot warranty. Countersunk fixings and instructions for each assembly stage are included. The supplied post support brackets are for bolt-down installation. Floor fixings are excluded, so we recommend selecting suitable fixings for your chosen base before assembly begins.
