Large Rainbow Sandstone Sphere Water Feature

The Large Rainbow Sandstone Sphere is a hand-carved 500mm water feature that brings gentle, calming sound to any garden space.

Crafted from natural rainbow sandstone, this sphere displays warm bands of colour that deepen when wet. Water flows over the polished surface, creating a quiet babbling effect that softens background noise.

We supply this feature as a self-contained kit. The box includes the 50cm stone sphere, a 670mm x 340mm reservoir, a 700mm support grid, and a mains-powered pump. Fill the reservoir, place the sphere on the grid, and plug in. No plumbing required.

Rainbow sandstone is quarried from natural deposits and cut by hand. Each sphere has unique colour banding in tones of cream, rust, pink, and grey. The stone is naturally weather resistant and will not crack in frost.

At £875, this is a striking centrepiece for a patio, courtyard, or border edge. The 500mm diameter makes it visible from across the garden without dominating the space.
