The Keymer Acorn Finial adds a traditional finishing touch to garden pillars, gate posts, and boundary walls.
This finial is hand-cast from reconstituted stone using traditional moulding techniques. The casting process captures fine detail in the acorn and fluted base sections. Each piece arrives with a naturally aged appearance that blends into established gardens straight away.
At 520mm tall and weighing 36kg, the Keymer Acorn sits firmly on flat-topped pillars without fixings. For exposed positions, a small bed of exterior adhesive provides extra security. The 230mm square base suits most standard brick or stone pillar caps.
Reconstituted stone weathers beautifully over the seasons. Moss, lichen, and algae attach naturally to the textured surface. Within a year or two, this finial will look as though it has been in place for decades.
Available in Aged Cotswold (a warm honey tone) and Burnt Umber (a rich dark brown). Both finishes are applied during the casting process, so the colour runs through the full depth of the stone.
